The Service Platform Co., Ltd. signed an investment agreement with Bliss-Eco Deep Tech Investment Partnership No. 1 in October 2025 and completed the signing of a TIPS agreement with the Korea Technology Information Promotion Agency for SMEs under the Ministry of SMEs and Startups in December 2025 through the recommendation of Bliss Vine Ventures Accelerator.
TIPS?
TIPS (Tech Incubator Program for Startup) is a "private investment-led technology startup support" program designed to intensively foster startups possessing technology items capable of leading the global market. By designating private investment institutions—such as angel investors led by successful venture capitalists, venture capital firms specializing in early-stage companies, and large technology conglomerates—as "TIPS Operators" to provide opportunities for entrepreneurial endeavors to promising startups equipped with the technological capabilities to enter the global market, TIPS supports startups by providing investment, incubation, and mentoring, as well as matching R&D funds. It is a program that intensively cultivates representative technology startups by supporting successful commercialization through various forms of support that startups practically need, such as incubation by operators and attracting follow-on investments, in addition to funding. |
